From your, SherpaDesk Desktop click "Create New Ticket" upper right.
Follow these steps for completing the required steps. (Please do not use ALL CAPS)
- Requestor - Verify the name shown is your username
- Phone - (Not Required) Enter a phone number for easier contact if needed
- Class - Select a high-level class (Click Link for a description for each)
- Sub-Class - Once Class is selected please follow the additional drop-down and fill in details
- Priority - Select Priority for this ticket
- CC: - (Not Required) Enter in additional users to help ticket completion.
- Subject - Add a brief description with (Example - Myles Hudy Keyboard keys are worn out)
- Description - This can be used for additional details, pictures or files) if no extra details type in N/A
After your done click "Submit My Work Request" an email will be sent to you with your ticket details.
