Transferring Calls to New Skill Via MaxAgent

  1. Transferring Calls via MaxAgent.mp4
  2. From your MaxAgent click the Hold Icon

    a) The Icon will turn Red

    b) A Tab will open in Google Chrome

    c) When you hit Hold the caller does not hear anything (No Music or your Mic)

    d) Follow Step 3 for Transferring to a Rep or just needing to put the Caller on hold

    e) Follow Step 4 for Transferring the caller to a new skill

  3. Use the Following for Transferring to a Rep or just needing to put the Caller on hold

    a) Check the "Hold Music"

    b) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Next"

    c) The page will disappear and now the caller will hear hold music for up to 600 seconds.

    d) From your MaxAgent click "Transfer / Conf"

    e) Click on Agent

    f) Find the Rep or Supervisor your want while hovering over there name it "Transfer"

    g) Your Agent will finish the call and your popup will appear.

  4. Use the following steps to Transfer the call to a new skill

    a) Check the client you're transferring too

    b) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Next"

    c) Your Agent will finish the call and your popup will appear.
