Verify the following Items
- Power Cord
- Verify that the power cord is connected tightly to the wall and the power brick. If it looks ok, disconnect and reconnect both ends to ensure a clean connection.
- Power Strip or Outlet
- Check the power strip power switch is on if the power strip is on then remove the power strip and plug the computer directly to the wall. If the computer powers on then submit a ticket for a new power strip.
